Lead Data Engineer

 As Lead Data Engineer your role will be to be at the centre of the action and orchestrate people; technology; the product and the cultural transformation. 

The skills: 

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or role or development within a Data Science team 

• Expert in Python 

• Thrive in a start-up environment 

• Extensive experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data modeling and Data Warehouse management 

• Docker and Kubernetes 

• Bonus: knowledge of machine learning algorithms (sci-kit-learn, Tensorflow, XGBoost) 

• You have experience in maintaining ETL pipelines – Bonus: designing, creating and scaling them is a plus 

• GCP or other cloud technologies 

• Experience as a team lead is a plus
