The role in a nutshell:
I’m looking for not just one, but for six IT support engineers who will use their technical skills to support the team with troubleshooting and solving IT challenges Proactive, down to earth with a hands-on, can do attitude -Someone who really likes to take ownership preferably.
What you’ll do:
Use your technical and soft skills to diagnose and troubleshoot the team IT challenges, from set-up, educating new users and assisting in general with questions and help optimize software process’s which ensures productivity.
Solve hard technical problems and automate manual tasks.
