💥 What you will be doing:

• Leading complex UX projects for major organisations

• Developing and implementing user research strategies

• Creating innovative interaction designs and prototypes

• Driving stakeholder engagement and project success

😎 The Ideal Designer:

• 3-5 years of professional UX design experience

• A relevant master's degree or bachelor's in CMD or similar

• Masters complex B2B/B2C work processes

• Expert in Figma and modern design tools

• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a bonus)

• Passionate about accessibility and user-centric design

• Comfortable with hybrid working and client travel
