As a business, we have more roles than we've ever had, and the more we get in, the more we have to fill, the more we fill the more we get. This is great news, but, we need some help to fill them.
Normally, we look for people who are new to the industry, or not experienced in our sector. But for this one, we really are going to need someone with experience in filling senior roles, and handling candidate care like a pro.
We're a team of 12, based in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, and we recruit senior level IT candidates for some of the world's coolest brands and companies. We only operate in Amsterdam and Berlin, and (before Covid was a thing) we would spend a lot of our time out there doing business. We're hoping that will be the case again soon.
What do we look for in a Resourcer?
Who will you support?
We really do have one of the best teams in the industry, both professionally and personally. We have some seriously good billers, some seriously funny and friendly people, one or two with questionable sanity, but overall a really solid, driven team.

Short answer... LOADS. We see candidate care as a career, not an office junior. You will carry your own targets from day 1 and earn commission from day 1. We have THE BEST systems and processes the industry has to offer: LinkedIn Recruiter / Sourcebreaker / Odro / Job Adder / onsite L&D. All ticks.
Working here is cool. We're fun, but there's hard work involved. We do our best to get the balance right. There's personal incentives, holiday targets, nights out (when we can leave our houses again), but more importantly, an opportunity to grow and develop your skills as quickly as you want it to go.
